Apply for Elite or Private Client

Elite has 5 places and Private Client has 2, so both start with a short application. It is free. Kurt reads each one himself and replies to you by email, and you pay nothing until he has replied and you have both agreed to go ahead. If you are between shows, you can apply now. Kurt replies either way.

Elite is $199 for the first week, then $279 a week. Private Client is $749 a week, with no setup fee.
