These Terms of Service govern your use of the teamnextlevel.au website and the content on it. They are separate from the Team Next Level Client Service Agreement, which governs the coaching relationship. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Who operates this website

2. Relationship to the Client Service Agreement
Coaching services are governed by the separate Team Next Level Client Service Agreement. If you become a coaching client, that Agreement prevails over these Terms of Service for anything to do with your coaching. These Terms of Service cover visitors and prospective clients using the website.

A coaching contract forms when you accept the Client Service Agreement, by signing it or by ticking the box to accept it at sign-up, and pay for your first week or first 4 weeks. We may decline to accept any prospective client at our discretion, consistent with the Client Service Agreement.
7. Third-party links and platforms
